AR Rahman, known for his work on 'Slumdog Millionaire', is guest of honour at the 25th World Soundtrack Awards. Rahman, who started his career with the film 'Roja', opened his own studio, Panchathan Record Inn, and worked with directors such as Mani Ratnam. His international breakthrough came with 'Slumdog Millionaire', for which he won two Oscars. The ceremony will take place on 15 October 2025 at Muziekcentrum De Bijloke in Ghent, where composer Debbie Wiseman will also be honoured. Tickets are available.
