The Walloon Film Fund supported 58 projects in its first session of 2026, including five Belgian feature films in production. Philippe Van Leeuw is shooting *En marchant*, in which a soldier and a child meet on the Ukrainian front, produced by Velvet Films. Brothers Lenny and Harpo Guit are working on *Le Vieux marché*, their third feature film about a flea market trader at Brussels' Place du Jeu de Balle, again with Roue Libre Production. New films by Laura Wandel, Paloma Sermon-Daï, Delphine Girard, and Frédéric Fonteyne are in development.
